LFB is looking for a Merch Production Coordinator to assist with merchandise sourcing, logistics, organization, coordination of weekly schedules, and quality control processes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, leading client-facing meetings to discuss merchandise, researching stock and product availability, sourcing items, executing orders, managing and tracking production shipments, and communicating with vendors. Previous experience in apparel is preferred but not required. This is a full-time, in-house position.

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong creative mind, a sharp eye for typography and detail, and the technical expertise to take designs from concept to final production-ready artwork.
In this role, you’ll develop and design brand deliverables that elevate, differentiate, and function seamlessly. You understand the importance of detail and have the technical stamina to bring projects to life. Working within brand guidelines and taking creative direction is key. You will thrive in a team environment, collaborate effectively, and are passionate about great design.
SKILLS:Excellent typography, color, and visual communication skills
Proficient in Adobe Suite
Formal design training with solid typography, graphic and interactive design skills
Be develop designs from concept to final artwork ready for print.
Must be able to set up production ready artwork for both print, signage and digital projects.
Ability to work effectively within the team (senior designers, project managers, and creative director) throughout projects
Be able to work as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, web developers and marketing specialists.
Be able to design within a budget and meet timelines.

LFB is looking for a Graphic Design Intern to assist with social media design, packaging, digital design, and miscellaneous collateral or print pieces. Responsibilities include but are not limited to assistance with client requests and feedback and coordination with Production team on packaging design and merchandise orders.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud platforms is required. This is a part-time or full-time, in-house position.
