  • LFB is looking for a Merch Production Coordinator to assist with merchandise sourcing, logistics, organization, coordination of weekly schedules, and quality control processes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, leading client-facing meetings to discuss merchandise, researching stock and product availability, sourcing items, executing orders, managing and tracking production shipments, and communicating with vendors. Previous experience in apparel is preferred but not required. This is a full-time, in-house position.

  • LFB is looking for an Art Director to join our design team who will direct, manage and take creative responsibility over client design projects with a clear, focused direction. Responsibilities include but are not limited to ideation and development of innovative design solutions, management of design team, guidance over creative workflow, development of design solutions, and assistance with print production, mechanical files, and coordination of approved design work.

    Minimum of 6 years of experience in the design industry is preferred but not required. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud platforms is necessary. This is a full-time, in-house position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to assistance with client requests and feedback and coordination with Production team on packaging design and merchandise orders.
