LFB is looking for a Merch Production Coordinator to assist with merchandise sourcing, logistics, organization, coordination of weekly schedules, and quality control processes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, leading client-facing meetings to discuss merchandise, researching stock and product availability, sourcing items, executing orders, managing and tracking production shipments, and communicating with vendors. Previous experience in apparel is preferred but not required. This is a full-time, in-house position.

SKILLS:

• Must be able to set up production ready artwork for both print, signage and digital projects.

• Ability to work effectively within the team (senior designers, project managers, and creative director) throughout projects

• Be able to work as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, web developers and marketing specialists.

• Be able to design within a budget and meet timelines.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to assistance with client requests and feedback and coordination with Production team on packaging design and merchandise orders.

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud platforms is required. This is a part-time or full-time, in-house position.
